Apple Juice
Although good apple juice has been around for decades, it still hasn’t yet make its presence felt behind the bar.
When choosing an apple juice, keep in mind that only the pure sort is usable as a mixer. Apple nectar or apple drink, which is normally a mix of juice, water, sugar and other ingredients, will make for a terrible cocktail.
